Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Appiah has joined American side LA Galaxy on a two-year deal.
The budding enforcer joins from Sporting Kansas City after putting pen to paper on Thursday following a successful routine medical.
Appiah will however move to the club’s second team, Galaxy II, which plays in the United Soccer League (USL), to continue his development.
The Sampa-born midfielder becomes the third Ghanaian at the club after Ema Boateng and Geoffrey Acheampong.
He has previously featured for Colorado Rapids and St. Louis.
