The management of Ghana Water Limited (GWL) in the Northern and Savannah Regions has introduced a revenue mobilization exercise aimed at recovering outstanding arrears and addressing illegal water connections.
Scheduled to run from November 1 to December 31, 2024, the exercise will focus on identifying self-reconnections and preventing unauthorized use of in-line booster pumps.
GWL’s management in the Northern and Savannah Regions has informed the public and customers about the upcoming exercise, which will take place between November 1 and December 31, 2024.
The initiative seeks to collect all arrears owed by customers, detect and address illegal connections, identify self-reconnections, and prevent the unauthorized use of in-line booster pumps.
GWL encouraged all customers to promptly clear their arrears via its official online platforms or at designated payment locations across the two regions to prevent any service interruptions.
