The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA) has forecasted a moderate to heavy rainstorm for southern Ghana this afternoon, June 14, 2024.
According to the weather report, the storm is expected to shift to the southwestern region of the country later in the evening.
“A moderate to heavy rainstorm observed over the ocean is anticipated to propagate inland to affect most places in Southern Ghana,” the GMA predicted.
“The rainstorm is expected to affect the southeastern this afternoon and move to southwestern later in the evening,” the report indicated.
The rainstorm is also expected to bring rain and thunder to northern Ghana. The GMA noted that the storm is likely to be accompanied by gusty winds and lightning.
