Ghana makes global waves in NFL Super Bowl Ad

Official American football league NFL, selected Ghana as location for an official ad of this year’s Super Bowl.

Super Bowl is an annual American football game played between the best two U.S teams that emerge from the NFL divisions league.

The Super Bowl ad which was shot in Ghana’s capital city Accra, was themed ‘Born To Play’ and exhibited the promising future of young football athletes groomed in Africa.

This year’s Super Bowl was played last night, February 11, between the Chiefs and 49ers, at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.

The ad which garnered over a 100 million views worldwide was aired after Usher’s Super Bowl halftime show and featured four of the league’s top stars namely, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah Saquon Barkley, Justin Jefferson, and Cameron Jord
