The Ghana Football Association Referee’s Department is set to roll out a program to unearth young people interested in officiating, Happy Sports understands.
The program titled ‘Catch them young refereeing policy’ will be launched on Tuesday 25 August, 2020.
The ‘Catch Them Young’ referee policy will identify nurture and train youngsters interested in referring to officiate juvenile matches within the localities.
The program will target young students as referees to handle colts matches as part of their development.
These are part of the reforms been undertaken by the Kurt Okraku led GFA administration.
