Gaza War: UNRWA warns Israel of imminent hike in death toll over cooperation failure

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has warned Israel of a nearing increase in fatalities after a ban on operations of the U.N agency’s operations on Israeli soil.

Reports indicate that Israel suspects a heavy offload of Hamas members into the UNRWA.

The organization in light of this has described itself as a lifeline to Palestinians, directing it’s attention to aiding Palestine refugees out of danger

UNRWA gives healthcare, emergency aid and education to millions of Palestinian refugees..

UNRWA spokesperson, John Fowler speaking to credible news sources explained that, ‘What is lost is potentially the lives of the people in the Gaza Strip. Because we are the essential player in the humanitarian operation.’

As the war in Gaza rages on, resources made available for the UNRWA to organize safe and successful rescue missions out of the war-torn Gaza strip.

Aid groups have also warned that there is no immediate replacement for UNRWA.
