Ghana’s outgoing Finance Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam has submitted to parliament the Expenditure in Advance of Appropriation for the first quarter of 2025.
The proposed 2025 mini budget which amounts to GHc68.1 billion is expected cover essential government expenditure for January to March of 2025.
