Asante Kotoko have announced the signing of former Hearts of Oak defender Mohammed Alhassan on a free transfer.
The center back joins the Porcupine Warriors after he was released by Hearts of Oak last month.
Mohammed Alhassan who spent four seasons with The Phobians won the Ghana Premier League title and two MTN FA Cup trophies.
He was also a key member of the Black Galaxies team during the qualifies but was dropped from the squad due to lack of game time.
The former WAFA defender is expected to help Asante Kotoko defend the Ghana Premier League title with his experience in the game.
