Ex-Black Stars Player Mallam Yahaya Signs 1-Yr Deal As Head Coach of New Edubiase

Former Black Stars midfield enforcer, Mallam Yahaya has signed a bumper One-year deal with Divison One campaigners New Edubiase United.
After extensive deliberations, an agreement has been reached between the ex-gaffer of Kumasi based King Faisal FC and the  board of the club which included President of the club Yakubu Abdul Salam, Vice-president Carl Wilson and board member Adams Abdul Salam.
Mallam Yahaya has been tasked to bring the club back to the Ghana Premier League as well as guide the club to annex their second FA Cup trophy following their success in the competition in 2012.
Yakubu Abdul Salam asserted that the club’s new coach understands the project they are bent on undertaking this year hence the board’s decision to get his signature.
“Mallam Yahaya is the right coach for the club now. He understands our philosophy and he shares in it too. He knows what we expect of him in the one year period and we are very confident in his abilities and we expect to deliver appropriately.” Yakubu told HappyGhana.com.
New Edubiase United joined the Ghana Premier League in 2009 after a blistering Division campaign and stayed afloat until their unfortunate relegation in last year’s Premier League.
