Actor and fashion designer, Elikem Kumordzie, has given an update on some pleasant situations he is enjoying under the government’s mandatory quarantine.
His quarantine comes at the back of his return from South Africa after President Nana Akufo-Addo had issued a travel ban.
Upon his panic return, he was subjected to government’s quarantine, a situation he commended the government for.
Detailing his experience from the airport to the hotel, Elikem Kumordzie had nothing but praise for the government and the initiative it had taken to help curb the spread of the virus.
According to Elikem in an interview on Showbiz Xtra with Doctar Cann, “I am comfortable here, the room that I am staying in is even bigger than my room. We have AC, huge TV, and Few days before we have complained of unpleasant situations we are facing here and one Dr.Asiedu from GHS came and addressed our issues. The flow of information was quite poor but we believe its Psychological gimmick to calm us down and later they will tell you with the kind of information you needed.”
He however commended government for the bold measures it has taken to curb the spread of the novel COVID-19 outbreak “Good initiative from the government. I’m comfortable and entertained here. I commend him for that.”
