The people’s National Convention (PNC) has declared its support to the NDC ahead of the December 7 elections.
The declaration comes after the party’s presidential aspirant, Bernard Mornah was disqualified by the Electoral Commission.
The party in a press conference on Wednesday November 27, declared for support the NDC ahead of the polls.
The party’s National Chairman, Sampson Asaki made the announcement.
He stated that, “Nine days to the general elections, the PNC cannot remain neutral. We had 15 regional representatives for our NEC meeting today.
“At the end of deliberation, we collectively and majority declared that the PNC, will throw our support to the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) Presidential Candidate for the 2024 general elections”.
According to him, the party in a NEC meeting decided on the decision.
“We have thrown our support so that the next government will be formed by the NDC supported by the PNC,”.
