As part of the global Customer Service Week celebration, Happy FM and e.tv Ghana engaged customer service personnel of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) and the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) to ascertain their professionalism and appreciation of customer service.
We reached out to customer service personnels of these institutions via their publicized call centre numbers on their websites and educational materials in addition to social media engagements.

The official 2022 Customer Service week theme is “Celebrate Service” and will be celebrated from Monday 3rd October to Friday 7th October 2022. Most institutions dedicate the entire month of October to celebrate and appreciate their cherished costumers for their support as critical stakeholders of businesses.
