Dreams FC and Sierra Leone's Kallon to clash in Liberia for CAF Confederation Cup

Dreams FC is set to take on Sierra Leone’s FC Kallon at Liberia’s Samuel Kay Doe (SKD) Stadium, marking the reversal of their 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round clash.

Initially slated for the Southern Arena in Sierra Leone, the venue has been deemed unsuitable for a match of this magnitude, prompting the relocation of the game. The game’s date, September 30, 2023, remains unchanged.

FC Kallon issued a statement to inform their supporters and followers, officially shifting the match against Dreams FC (Ghana) to the Samuel Kay Doe (SKD) Stadium in Liberia, effectively canceling the previous venue (Southern Arena, Bo) mentioned on the initial flyer.

The statement included an apology for any inconvenience caused to their fans and all Sierra Leoneans.

Dreams FC enters the reverse fixture holding a 2-1 advantage from the first leg in Accra, aiming to secure their ticket to the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
