The Minister, referring to himself as the “chief motivator” of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), expressed his dedication to supporting the team every step of the way, emphasizing the importance of collective success and shared responsibility.

He pledged to implement reforms aimed at boosting staff morale, including promotions for deserving employees, renovating staff accommodations, and providing essential resources to enhance their work experience. By doing so, he aims to foster a motivated and productive team environment.

“As I approach the final months of my tenure as Finance Minister, I urge you to join me in making the remaining time count.
