Man of God, Obediah Amankwah, has advised that Christians should not contend with people who choose idol worship over God.

He stated that the right thing to do is to make them see and understand why idol worship is wrong because this is a matter of life and death and no matter what side they are on, everyone believes in death.

“Hebrews 9:27 tells us that after death, there is judgement. Some people even write books preaching that the Bible is false but when they’re on death beds, then they believe that the Bible is truly God’s word. At that time, the damage has already been caused.

You need to believe in God. Believe in Him or perish. If you don’t believe in Him and walk in His ways, you have a problem”, he said in an interview with Rev. Nyansa Boakwa on the religious and social programme ‘Nsem Pii’, on Happy FM.

According to Obediah, God has now given everyone a choice, hence one can choose to believe in God and live a righteous life or choose to worship idols and do whatever he/she likes but after death, God also has the choice to judge him/her.
