Doctor shares tip on how to know the true length of a penis

Jeans zipper and pocket, close up. Mens denim pants crotch with banana imitating male genitals. Banana wrapped with blue measure tape on jeans, selective focus. Health and male sexuality concept.

Dr. Bernard Toboh, a Consultant Urologist at the Korlebu Teaching hospital, has shared a tip to how a man can get to know the true size or length of his penis.

This came up during a discussion on erectile dysfunction in an interview with host, Nana Yaw Odame on eTV Ghana’s Men’s Lounge show, after a viewer sent a message seeking an explanation from the doctor, why his penis looks small when he’s not aroused but big when he’s hard.

Dr. Toboh explained that the male organ is made up of elastic, smooth muscles, hence, it is only normal that when the man is not aroused or there is cold, the organs shrink, which is also its way of protecting itself.

“And imagine you walking along the street and it’s just dangling in front of you. You’ll only be causing problems for the young ladies”, he jovially added.

He went on to share a tip with the questioning viewer that, “When you’re not aroused, it is only natural for your penis to shrink but if you want to know the true length, just stand sideways in front of a mirror, hold the tip and stretch it. Then, you would know the true length”.
