Disunity has allowed Nigerian music to infiltrate Ghanaian Music scene – Richie

Chief Executive Officer of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah has revealed that one of the key weaknesses facing the Ghanaian music industry which has allowed Nigerians to infiltrate the music industry is disunity.

Speaking in an interview with DJ Advicer, host of the Ayekoo after drive show on Happy FM said,
‘’Our music is doing better. they should stop saying that our musicians are not good. Our production is also perfect. I personally mixed and mastered falz a Nigerian artiste’s whole ‘’originality’’ album for him because in Nigeria they weren’t getting that quality at that time.’’

They always know that we surpass them. There is nothing wrong with our budget; the only thing we lack is togetherness. We don’t push ourselves enough. And when we cannot even champion ourselves in our country, whose country can we move to market. When in Ghana, you can’t find any artiste to hail you, you want to go to another man’s land to shout your name. Until we accept our own, praise our own for them to know us nobody will take us serious. He added
