Ghana midfielder Daniel Kofi Kyereh has revealed that playing against Brazil’s Neymar is one of his best moments as a Black Stars player.
According to Kofi Kyereh, he grew up watching Neymar and learnt some of his tricks as a footballer while honing his skills on the streets of Germany.
He stated that he had always dreamt of playing against Neymar and he is happy that he achieved that dream while wearing the Black Stars jersey.
“Playing against my idol, Neymar Jr., was nothing short of surreal. The experience was a blend of excitement, respect, and a little bit of nervous energy.”
“Facing someone whose skills and flair I’ve admired for years pushed me to elevate my own game. It was a respectful duel on the field, a reminder that even our heroes are human, and every challenge is an opportunity to learn,” he said.
