Court upholds no case submission against Asamoah Gyan

The Circuit Court in Accra presided over by  Justice Afia Agbanu Kumador has upheld a submission of No Case filed by lawyers of Sarah Kwablah and three others against Asamoah Gyan, the Black Stars captain.

Asamoah Gyan dragged the four to court for conspiracy and extortion after Ms Kwablah had allegedly accused him of rape. But the court said Monday that the prosecution had not been able to prove that a Prima Facie case has been established against the accused persons.

Ms Kwablah was sued together with Osarfo Anthony, Chris Handler and Ekow Micah and were arrested and charged with conspiracy to extort money and arraigned before court
