Court remands man for assaulting female colleague

Asokwa District Court remands two juveniles for allegedly killing 16 year old boy

The Ghana Police Service said it has arraigned Ayivor Elikplim, who was arrested on June 25, 2024, for assaulting a female colleague at a financial institution in Nkawkaw.

According to a Police post on its Facebook on June 28, 2024, Elikplim pleaded guilty to the charges against him and was convicted based on his own plea.

The post revealed that the Nkawkaw District Court has remanded him into police custody, with his next court appearance scheduled for June 28, 2024.
Although Elikplim appeared in court today, his sentencing has been deferred to July 2, 2024.

The police released a photograph of Ayivor Elikplim, given his conviction by the court.
