Charles Addai- Danquah, a renowned sports analyst, producer and presenter has joined e. TV Ghana as one of the hosts for the flagship sports debate show ‘The Team.’

Charles Addai-Danquah, who was also the winner of MTN Soccer Academy 2015, comes on board the e.TV Ghana team with enormous experience as a footballer and a sports journalist.

‘The Team’ is a sports debate program where a three-member panel debates on topical and trending issues in the world of sports. The show airs on Monday to Friday from 12noon to 1pm.  Mr. Addai-Danquah, who is popular known as Macaros, joins Ohene Bampoe-Brenya and Lukman Mumin on ‘The Team’ with a new touch to engage viewers of the show.  He contributes his quota to sports discussions in Ghana by joining e. TV Ghana as a sports journalist to add value to ‘The Team’ show and other sports program on the channel.

Macaros also participated in the Glo Soccer Academy Reality TV show. He won a bronze medal with the Kwame Nkrumah University of science and Technology (KNUST) football team at the 2013 Ghana University Games held in Cape Coast. He also passed a justifier held by coach Fabian in preparation for the 2012 U17 AFCON but failed the MRI hence could not participate in the tournament.

The 26 years old Charles Addai-Danquah is pursuing a sandwich MBA in management studies at the University of Cape Coast (UCC).

According to him, it has always been his dream to combine football with schooling, a stance his family objected to, so he decided to contribute his quota to the beautiful game of sports by becoming a sports journalist.
