Adama was at the heart of defence for the Zambian outfit as they were walloped 3-0 by the determined Porcupine Warriors at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Speaking with Ohene Bampoe-Brenya on Happy FM’s ‘Anopa Bosuo Sports’, the 31-year-old described playing against his former employers as a difficult task.
“It wasn’t easy coming back six years later to play against Kotoko. The feeling was like someone fighting against the father,” he said.
He further stressed that their goalkeeper had a torrid time during the match.
“We had a bad day yesterday. The goalkeeper told me that he wasn’t into the game so I had to communicate to the technical team for him to be substituted . He wasn’t himself yesterday because this is a goalkeeper who has helped us a lot.”
Nkana FC will be looking to revive their hopes of qualifying out of the group with a win against adversaries ZESCO United when the two sides clash on Sunday.
