The Human Rights Court has today struck out Ashantigold SC president Dr Kwaku Frimpong’s application for a court injunction on the Ghana Premier League.
Dr Kwaku Frimpong had seek an injunction to halt the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season for the match-fixing scandal case to be heard.
The domestic-topflight has been halted for three weeks and will go ahead after today’s ruling.
The Miners will pay Ghc 20,000 as damages following the ruling.
The Ghana Premier League will continue without any hindrance with match day four games scheduled to come off at all the League centers across the country.
