Team Manager of the Black Stars, Ameenu Shardow has said that the team needs the support of Ghanaians to be able to perform.
According to him, anytime the emotions of Ghanaians are detached from the Black Stars, the team struggles.
Ameenu Shardow made this while reacting to Ghana’s defeat against Niger in an interview with Ohene-Bampoe Brenya on Happy Sports.
“Anytime the emotions of the masses are detached from the Black Stars, things don’t go well.”
He added that the Black Stars failed Ghanaians by not being able to qualify for the 2025 African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
“Black Stars have failed Ghanaians. The results were just not forthcoming but we performed better than the results we got.”
