Black Queens will not see Japan game as a friendly one – Media Officer

Black Queens media officer, Matilda Dzifa says the Black Queens are going into the Japan game to fight for victory.

According to her, though the game against Japan is an international friendly game, the players want to prove something to the Asians who are giants in women’s football globally.

The Black Queens will be playing against Japan on Saturday, July 13, 2024, and coach Nora Hauptle and her ladies are hoping to use this game to test their readiness for the 2025 Women’s African Cup of Nations.

“They are really preparing hard for the games and they don’t use the match as a friendly game because they want to test their readiness before the AWCON,” Matilda Dzifa said.
