Bekwai NPP Constituency Executives deny involvement in alleged illegal Vote transfer

NPP Constituency Executives in Bekwai have debunked allegations, the party is involved in alleged vote Bekwai NPP Constituency Executives deny involvement in alleged illegal Vote transfer.

According to the party, their attention has been drawn to a publication claiming that two persons have been arrested by the Ashanti Regional police command for attempting to transfer voters to New Edubiase Constituency in the ongoing voter transfer exercise.

A press statement signed by Bekwai NPP Constituency secretary, Michael Oteng indicated that the said persons Duah Samuel, Owusu Boatemaa and Frank Osei Jerry have never been members of the NPP Bekwai Constituency and therefore the party denies any knowledge or involvement of such act. The party treats the publication with the highest contempt it deserves.

“We want to assure our members and the general public that we have not engaged in any such act. Our commitment to free and fair elections remains unwavering and we will continue to uphold the principles of transparency and accountability in all our activities. Additionally, the Constituency leadership remains focused and resolute, and the focus of the party is on the general election to record massive victory both Presidential and Parliamentary.
We are confident in our democratic processes and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure the integrity of our elections”, it stated.
