The seeming unending fire, stoked between founder and leader of Glorious Ways Church, Rev Isaac Owusu Bempah, and his former spiritual son, founder and Leader of Glorious Waves Church, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, finally may have come to its quenching end, as the real faces behind their woes have been unmasked.
The two men of God in the past have been on each other’s neck for being behind ugly rumors and insults circulating on social media about themselves, with Reverend Owusu Bempah, who apparently appeared to be fumed to the core, threatening to collapse the church of Prophet Badu Kobi.
But tapes and other hardcore evidences intercepted by this reporter has rather exposed some young pastors of the two top men of God , who genuinely create the mess , find ways and means to involve them (Kobi and Bempah), and use that as an avenue to extort monies from them.
A certain Appiah, and one Kennedy, self-styled pastors at the camp of Prophet Badu Kobi, in one of the intercepted audios, during a heated verbal exchange with the Chief Executive Officer of Oxy FM, an Accra based Radio Station, Alfred Kwame Larbi, aka DJ Oxy, among many other foul affronts, threatened to deal with each other.
In another audio, DJ Oxy had called the Editor of the Free Press Newspaper, and revealed his schemes to extort monies and as well stoke flames between the two pastors.
“Let me give you this gig, you know there is a beef between Owusu Bempah and Badu Kobi, right?, so when you go to see Owusu Bempah, tell him you have a story you are going to do on his enemy (Badu Kobi), and that you are going to fire him, then you take money from him to go and do the story.”
When the Editor, refused and clearly insisted he would not do such thing and that, he was only interested in presenting a balanced a credible story, Mr. Alfred Larbi revealed it was an opportunity for Journalists like him to extort monies from them.
“These people, we the press men can chop from them, we can make fool out of them,” he insisted.
