Asante Kotoko duo, Jordan Opoku and Augustine Sefah have left the club after the expiration of their contract.
The two players were hoping to have their contract extended but management thought otherwise.
“We have officially parted ways with three of our players namely Kwame Boahene, Augustine Sefah and Jordan Opoku.”, Special Assistant to Executive Director of the club Nana Gyimbibi confirmed to the media on the departure of the two players.
Happyghana.com understands that Accra Great Olympics are interested in capturing the signature of Jordan Opoku after his release.
His experience will be needed by the “Dade boys” as they boost their squad ahead of the new season.
Boahene joined Kotoko from Medeama for a fee of GHS 95,000 while Sefah and Opoku were brought in on free transfers in 2017.
