Ghana captain Andre Ayew has joined in the fight against the coronavirus outbreak in the country by donating items to residents in the Tamale Metropolis.
The Swansea City star donated 4,000 hand sanitizers, 25 sets of hand washing bins, tissues amongst other items as part of his contribution to fight the virus.
The items were distributed to bus terminals, chief palaces and some communities in the Metropolis.
The Black Stars captain joins the list of players who have joined in the fight by contributing and donating to help fight the covid-19.
Other players to have donated to the course are Jonathan Mensah, Harrison Afful, David Accam, Nana Ampomah and Samuel Owusu.
Ghana has recorded 151 cases, with five people confirmed dead.
