Joyce Dzidzor Mensah, former HIV/AIDS ambassador for Ghana has revealed that she and popular high life musician and song writer
Akwaboah Jnr enjoyed kissing each other but never had sexual intercourse.
According to Joyce, she didn’t only date Akwaboah, she also dated other famous entertainers and politicians in the past – these included
ace high life musician Amandzeba.
Joyce mentioned Akwaboah after speaking about her fling with Amandzeba. She said, “And then also Akwaboah, We were both in
Amandzeba’s band, and he was playing the keyboard. We didn’t date. The only thing we did was, we enjoyed kissing each other, and we never had sex. I never had sex with him; I wasn’t like so easy to get like that.
He asked for it, but I said no, so I didn’t have sex with him, I was like you’re a small boy,” she revealed this in a recent interview
about she and Akwaboah.
Further more, Joyce expressed her regret in not believing in Akwaboah and not giving him a real chance in her life.
When he said he was interested in me, I was seeing Akwaboah like a small boy, he even told me he had songs he has written and he can
write songs for me. I didn’t believe in him but when I sit and I watch Akwaboah, I have regretted because Akwaboah is a very good song writer now.”
Joyce has two singles ready but does not have the financial support to promote the songs.
