Twellium Industrial Company Limited, a Ghanaian multinational beverage corporation, has donated cartons of mineral water and assorted soft drinks to support activities to commemorate Ghana’s 63rd Independence Day Celebration themed ‘Consolidating our gains’.
Commenting on the exercise, Chief Marketing Officer at Twellium Industries, Ali Ajami said the entire Twellium group is happy to be part of activities to mark Ghana’s 63rd anniversary. “Reflecting on Ghana’s history, a lot of work and commitment from our forefathers has gone into the Ghana we see today. Turning 63 is the right time for us all to take stock of our actions as citizens.”
“The theme for this year, ‘Consolidating our Gains’, means we have a duty to protect our successes chalked as a nation. We have a greater responsibility to strive for excellence in all our endeavors so as to leave a good legacy for the younger generation.’’ he added.
Director of Operations at the Presidency and Chairman of the 63rd Planning Committee, Lord Oblitey Commey, who received the items on behalf of the Planning Committee was full of praise. “We are grateful to Twellium Ghana for supporting this year’s Independence Celebrations which will be held in Kumasi. These items will go a long way to support the logistical needs of the planning and execution of this year’s celebrations.”
