Head coach of the Ghana Black Stars B, Maxwell Konadu, has named his starting line-up against Gambia for Ghana’s opener in the ongoing 2019 West African Football Union (WAFU) tournament in Senegal.
All seven invited players from Ghanaian giants, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, have been selected to start from the bench.
Meanwhile, Ghana’s first game was postponed from 28th September 2019 to today, 1st October 2019, due to CAF Champions league and CAF Confederations Cup matches played by Asante Kotoko and Ashanti Gold respectively over the weekend.
It is however unclear what informed the coach’s decision to bench the players.
