This is grounding up to be an unending beef as 10 days after the release of ‘advice diss’ track to Shatta Wale —Sarkodie has released, yet another track to obviously attack Shatta Wale titled ‘Homicide’ featuring La Même Gang.
In this new song ‘homicide’—just like the advice — Sarkodie doled out loads of attacks and poured out his heart to Shatta Wale, cautioning the dancehall artiste to stop bragging, else he will stop his daily bread.
“I wanna go soft but it’s kinda like, a nigga gotta really drop a dynamite. Man, it’s about to be a homicide”Sarkodie started the rap with this line.
According to Sarkodie, he has done it all and has nothing to show people.
He continues that, the devil(Shatta Wale) wants to drive him insane but one day, the sun will surely come over the rain.
“I know a couple of n*ggas don’t f*ck with us, but ain’t got time for my sad hoes. A lot of friends are seat fillers, trust issues, I can’t keep my eyes closed. I have been to some dark places and I only got love for Sarknation” a line of Sarkodie’s song chants.
Sarkodie spoke highly of himself saying that the blessings of God are on him so Shatta Wale should stop hating.
“I am blessed like a motherf*cker, whoever hates me I will use him for the last supper”. He said.
Sark stated that he left the scene for family matters and was hurt by a lot of the things that was said about him.
“Stop bragging so I don’t come and stop your daily bread” A line in Sarkodie’s rap stated.
Sarkodie and Shatta Wale’s beef started Happyghana.com can state was after an interview Shatta Wale granted, saying he felt disrespected by Sarkodie, who after the release of ‘Megye wo girl’, refused to shoot a video for that song.
Shatta revealed that though he pestered Sarkodie to do so for years, he still didn’t shoot it. However, he said Sarkodie rushed to shoot a video with Patoranking for their “No Kissing” collaboration song, a situation Shatta Wale felt was insulting to his personality.
The dancehall artiste went on to say that he is richer than Sakordie, and in a more recent news, called on him, Samini and Stonebwoy, to retire from music because they were not making fortunes from it.
