Barbara Mahama, the widow of the slain army officer Major Maxwell Adam Mahama, has celebrated what could have been the 32nd birthday of the soldier who passed on in a gruesome manner in May this year.
In a post on Facebook Wednesday November 1, Barbara revealed how she made for herself the usual breakfast that Maxwell Mahama would have loved to take if he were to be around.
According to her, their children sang birthday songs for him and that they still love him despite not being around.
She said Major Mahama would love a needy person to enjoy that breakfast and she would ensure that his wish was fulfilled.
“its Maxwell Adam Mahama’s bdae. Usual bdae breakfast done. Milo so thick. U would want a needy person to have your breakfast so will do just that. Jan and Jerry are still singing for you. We love u oo. Happy bdae Hero! Chill up there.”
Major Maxwell Adam Mahama lost his life when his identity was mistaken for an armed robber by residents of Dekyira Obuasi in the Central region. He left behind two children and a wife.
