COP Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, the Executive Director of the Economic and Organize Crime Office has been relieved of her position by president John Dramani Mahama.
The sacking of COP Tiwaa Addo-Danqua was announced on the floor of Parliament on Friday, January 24, 2025, by Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin.
The Speaker of Parliament also revealed that COP Tiwaa Addo-Danquah has been reassigned to the Ghana Police Service.
COP Addo-Danquah’s appointment as EOCO Executive Director took effect on January 5, 2022.
She succeeded Steve Raymond Dapaa-Addo, who was appointed as Director-General of EOCO on July 9, 2021.
