Black Galaxies defender, Razak Simpson believes that they were just not lucky in the CHAN qualifications against the Super Eagles B of Nigeria.
The Black Galaxies were eliminated from the CHAN qualifiers after losing 3-1 to Nigeria in Lagos following the goalless drawn game in Accra days before.
The team’s inability to qualify for the tournament has led to a mountain of pressure being put on the Ghana Football Association to sack head coach Didi Dramani for his failure.
Razak Simpson in defending Didi Dramani said the coach cannot be blamed because he did everything tactically for them to win but they were not lucky.
“Everything was fine. We were just unlucky. Our coach Didi Dramani had his tactics and everything right, but luck eluded us,” Simpson said.
