Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram, Samuel Nartey has said that the John Dramani Mahama administration will not be lenient with corrupt officials in the Akufo-Addo government.

According to him, publicly laughing with Miracles Aboagye, the spokesperson of the Dr. Bawumia campaign doesn’t mean that thieves in the current government will be given a pass.

Sam George’s comments come on the back of the backlash following his viral video exchanging pleasantries with the NPP communicator.

“Yesterday I was going to another station and I met Miracles Aboagye, we exchanged jokes and laughed and people are trying to misconstrue that.”

“I keep saying that vengeance is a dish best served ice cold. So the fact that you see somebody smiling with somebody does not mean thieves won’t go to jail,” Sam George said.

He added that he has received numerous calls from people urging him to seek vengeance for the abuse he suffered during the Ayawaso by election.

“Look, I was a victim of Ayawaso West Wougon and people are asking me to seek vengeance and what I will say is that vengeance is of the lord.”
