Executives and Members Of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Tain Constituency of the Bono Region have invoked Curses on NPP Members and Executives in the Constituency for allegedly busing non-residents to the EC Office in the ongoing voter transfer Exercise Across the country.

According to James Tannor, the Tain Constituency Secretary of the NDC, they have seen some strangers in the ongoing voter transfer Exercise which they suspect to be voters from the Jaman South Constituency, Jaman North and other constituencies stressing that they suspect the NPP PC Alexander Ababio to be behind this agenda.

Speaking on a Bono based radio station James Tannor said they are only seeking free and fair elections hence whoever accepts to transfer his or her vote to Tain Constituency to vote on behalf of the NPP shall suffer their own consequences.

On the Reversal of the EC’s Decision banning party Agents from observing the ongoing vote transfer Exercise, James Tannor expressed disappointment in the EC’s ban on Party agents which has resulted in chaos at some registration centres. He said the NDC welcomes the Decision of the EC to rescind its ban on Party agents and they are ready to represent the party at each centre to observe the conduct of the Electoral Commission and other political parties to prevent rigging in the general elections.
