In an exciting development, Mr. Dodzie Numekevor, the Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), has thrown his support behind the upcoming “Show Case” of Africa nations tournament. Set to kick off on Saturday, April 20th, 2024, at the Madina astro turf, the tournament is spearheaded by the S-Inkoom Football Management Agency, led by former Black Stars player, Samuel Inkoom.
Mr. Inkoom personally extended the invitation to Mr. Numekevor during a visit, where the D-G enthusiastically accepted to attend as a Special Guest alongside his management team.
Expressing his commitment, the D-G assured Mr. Inkoom of the NSA’s backing, pledging their support to the initiative. He also confirmed their presence to witness the tournament firsthand.
Highlighting the tournament’s purpose, Mr. Inkoom emphasized its goal to provide a platform for talented players aged between 17 and 21 to showcase their skills. Notably, scouts from international clubs are expected to be in attendance, scouting for potential talent.
The tournament was officially launched in Accra amidst vibrant celebrations, signaling an exciting opportunity for African football talent to shine.
