Former President and current NDC Flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, has extended warm Eid Mubarak greetings to Muslims in Ghana and beyond.

In his statement posted on social media, Mahama highlighted the “enduring lessons of patience, discipline, and empathy” learned during the holy month of Ramadan, and expressed his wish that these values continue to “inspire and guide us as a people.”

Mahama expressed his sincere hope that this Eid celebration will bring “peace, happiness, and prosperity” to all. He also used the occasion to call on Ghanaians to extend “compassion and generosity to those who are less fortunate.”

The former President’s message struck a unifying tone, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the spirit of Ramadan throughout the year.
