President Mr. Charles Owusu Ansah, addressing the media during the launch, expressed the league’s ambitious aspirations. “Our ultimate goal is to be recognized by the Olympic Committee and to be added to the Olympic Games in the future,” he declared.

Vision:
To drive the national pursuit of an active and positive lifestyle change through functional fitness, nutrition, and mental health for people of all ages, contributing to a healthier tomorrow.

Mission:
To promote and grow community health and togetherness by providing sustainable, effective, and empowering fitness programs for everyone.

The FSLG’s vision and mission underscore its commitment not only to sports excellence but also to the holistic well-being of the community. With a focus on functional fitness, nutrition, and mental health, the league aims to instill positive lifestyle changes for people across all age groups.
