2023 MTN FA Cups champions, Dreams FC, in a thrilling debut appearance on the continental stage, showcased determination and talent as they held Guinean outfit Milo FC de Kankan to a riveting 1-1 draw during their CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round clash on Saturday.

Acknowledging the immense support garnered from the Ghana Football Association and fans, Shardow in an interview on Happy FM emphasized the importance of increased investment in the club’s CAF campaign, highlighting that only through such financial backing can Dreams FC successfully challenge opponents beyond their own weight class.
He passionately expressed, “Dreams FC is very grateful to all who supported us during our first game against Milo FC in Conakry, we are grateful. We have received support from the Ghana Football Association of which we are grateful but as we know competing in Africa needs a lot of Investment because that is the only way we can punch above our weights. I will urge anyone who wants to support the club to come on board.”
