Chief Executive Officer of Bayport Savings and Loans, Akwasi Aboagye has reiterated that the company’s leveraging on technological advancements has made it possible to achieve their vision of empowering individuals and improving livelihoods.
Mr. Aboagye affirmed that Bayport had successfully charted a resilient course that guarantees sustained growth in the future and will curb macroeconomic challenges that might erupt.
In an exclusive interview with Rev Erskine on Y107.9FM Mydmorning show, Mr Aboagye indicated that the company has transformed into a fully digitized and interconnected financial service provider which has made it possible for Ghanaians to access financial services anytime and anywhere.
“ We have moved our customers from paper work to a service that is highly digital.It has made it easier for customers to access our services which is through the websites, WhatsApp and Social media.”
“We also understand that not all of our customers are on this journey so we still have a physical footprint across the country for customers who want a physical footprint to go into our service centers or branches and sale centers to access our services” he added.
