Ghanaian sprinter Benjamin Azamati secured a place in the men’s 100m race at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Azamati ran a time of 10.19s finishing the race ahead of Welshman, Jeremiah Azu to secure one of the two automatic spots in the semi-finals.
The Ghanaian had a slow start but picked up the pace to easily win the race to announce his presence in the Commonwealth Games.
