Bechem United winger Augustine Okrah has apologized for his red card incident, which contributed to Bechem United’s MTN FA Cup final defeat to Hearts of Oak.
Okrah was sent off in the second half of a tense match at Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
The experienced forward was given his marching orders after he head-butted the assistant referee for disagreeing with a decision.
His sending-off affected Bechem, with Hearts taking full advantage to secure a 2-1 win and lift the trophy.
Accept my apology for the mistake I made in the FA Cup final. I've disappointed a lot of people who believe in my talent.????#OkrahMagic pic.twitter.com/ZSLlV4tjaG
