Chelsea legend Michael Essien is maintaining his fitness by training with his old club at their Cobham training base.
The Ghanaian midfielder has been without a club since being released by Greek club Panathinaikos in the summer.
The 33-year-old is refusing to retire from the game and wants to find a new club by proving his fitness.
Essien spent nine years at Stamford Bridge from 2005 to 2014 and Chelsea have granted the midfielder permission to use the club’s facilities.
And the veteran midfielder took to Instagram today to share a message to his 490,000 followers with a caption: ‘Lets goooo’.
Essien can be seen wearing Chelsea’s training kit in the short video.
