Medeama SC’s silky midfielder Kwasi Donsu insists they are under no pressure ahead of their GHALCA G6 tournament against Hearts of Oak.
The talented midfielder was a key member of the Mauves last season where he featured in 26 matches and netted 15 goals, 8 of which were from direct free-kicks as the club finished in fourth position.
Hearts of Oak, meanwhile have vowed to make amends in their next fixture after tasting defeat against Aduana Stars in the first game of the competition.
But Donsu says, they are not under pressure to record a victory against the Accra giants when the two sides meet at the Baba Yara sports stadium on match day two.
He told Happy FM, “We’ll be going into the game with just one week training but we know it forms part of our preparations for the upcoming league, therefore we’re relax and not under any undue pressure to win.”
“But our coach has told us to give off our best because he’s not settled on his first eleven so we the players are also keen to impress when given the opportunity.”
