"Ghanaians should forgive us"- Black Stars Mgt C'tee Vice Chairman

Vice chairman of the Black Stars Management Committee Winfred Osei Palmer has beseeched Ghanaians to forgive the Black Stars following their abysmal performance against Congo in their 2018 FIFA World Cup clash.
The Black Stars shared the spoils with the Red Devils of Congo in a 1-1 draw at the Baba Yara Stadium a day after Uganda had beaten Egypt 1-0 in Kampala to brighten Ghana’s chances of qualifying for the World Cup, albeit with a victory over Congo and Palmer pleads that every Ghanaian should pardon them for the poor performance in Friday’s game.
Speaking on Happy FM’s Weekend Sports Show, Palmer added that the team will leave Ghana on Sunday for Congo in a bid to redeem themselves.
“I am pleading with Ghanaians to forgive the Black Stars for the performance put up against Congo. It was not the kind of performance we expected from the team but we can only apologize and hope to make amends. We apologize unreservedly and want Ghanaians to forgive us.” Osei Palmer pleaded on Happy FM.
Winfred Osei Palmer further intimated that Ghana has only 30% chance of qualifying.
“Black Stars now have only 30% chance of qualifying to Russia 2018 so it’s not completely over for us.” Palmer added.
