Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu and his players will get the chance to revenge their 1-0 painful defeat to Burkina Faso in the first leg of the Championship for African Nations (CHAN) qualifier when they face off with the local Stallions in the quarter-finals of the 2019 WAFU Cup.
The local Stallions of Burkina Faso defeated the Black Stars B by a lone goal in the 2020 CHAN qualifier at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium but that will not matter when the two sides face off again in an entirely different circumstance and competition this afternoon.
The Local Black Stars are poised to demonstrate that they are still a force to reckon with on the continent by winning another major silverware.

Hearts of Oak striker Joseph Esso scored the only goal of the game to send Ghana through to the next round.
Ghana are the defending champions of the competition and will have to go pass Burkina Faso in this round as they seek to retain the title they won in 2017.
