Celebrated Ghanaian business mogul, Dr. Kofi Amoah and Lucy Quist are the first two names to have popped up on the upcoming Normalisation committee, Happyghana.com can exclusively confirm.
Mr. Amoah has been joined by Madam Lucy Quist, a former Chief Executive Officer of telecommunication giants Airtel Ghana. However, there are three more names to be included.
Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick will be leading a joint FIFA/CAF mission to Ghana that will identify persons who will constitute a Normalisation committee tasked with running the Ghana Football Association (GFA) in the interim and organise elections for a new GFA executive committee.
Pinnick, who doubles as CAF first Vice President, arrived in Ghana on Tuesday with his team members where he is serving as CAF/FIFA Representative and Chef De Mission of the Normalisation committee to bring Ghana Football Association back to its footing.
The team which will be made up of a minimum of five members are expected to initiate reforms for Ghana Football as well as ensure an election is held for a new administration.
